Where are you able to provide services?

I am based out of Dover, NH. Streamside's mailing address may be listed in search engines as being in Derry, NH due to the location of my registered agent. I am able to travel to water near you for Fly-Fishing therapy sessions. I am licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. I am able to provide telehealth services to anyone in these states.

Can I meet with you by telehealth/video if I am out of state, perhaps away at college or temporarily on vacation?

The way this works is- you must be physically located in a state that at Im licensed to practice therapy in at the time of our session. Even if you are a New Hampshire, Maine, or Massachusetts resident, you must physically be in one of these states at the time of our session.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently in the process of getting credentialed with major insurance companies. This process can take several months. I am happy to offer a sliding scale for out of pocket expenses to make my services more accessible at this time while I am waiting to be credentialed.

Do you provide superbills? How do they work?

If your insurance provides out-of-network reimbursement benefits, you can go through your insurance on an out-of-network basis. Sessions will be charged to you at the time of the appointment. I can then provide you with a receipt (called a “superbill”) which you can submit to your insurance company who may then reimburse you for some portion of the cost. Some insurances do not provide out of network benefits. It is important to fully understand your benefits before considering this option.

What is your fee?

Unless otherwise specified in your good faith estimate, session fees are as follows:

Initial Intake Assessment (90-120 minutes): $250

Standard Individual Therapy session (45-52 minutes) $140

EMDR or TF-EMDR sessions that run the standard time (45-52 minutes) will only acquire the standard rate of $140 per session.
